Advocacy & Advice
SACOME exists to support its members in developing their business, providing advice and advocating on the industry’s behalf. Where necessary, we provide input to government on policy and planning. Our various committees assist us in this role, and currently include Exploration, Sills and Education, Occupational Health & Safety and Energy.

Networking and information gathering
SACOME hosts an extensive events program featuring key speakers and quality food and wine. Well attended by industry and government representatives, these provide valuable networking opportunities.

Including our Breakfast Briefings and St Barbara’s day celebration.

SACOME delivers workshops and seminars, often in partnership with other organisations, to discuss and inform on key issues affecting the resources sector.

New SACOME members are welcomed at a corporate lunch and are featured in our magazine. Sponsorship packages are also available which provide greater exposure for your organisation.

Service Providers Directory
SACOME members who provide services to the resources industry receive a complimentary, detailed listing in our annual Service Providers Directory which is also available online.

Electronic Newsletter
Members receive our fortnightly electronic newsletter containing important information on events and issues related to the SA resources industry.

Boardroom Use (subject to availability)
Members are welcome to use our 14 people boardroom and audio visual equipment free of charge.
