Updated strategic plan and Shaping the future survey results

Over the last few months the WinRSA committee have been working hard to develop strategies and plans in support of our vision “Shaping the future for the SA Resources Sector, by realising the benefits of increased participation, retention and advancement of women”.A key input into the development of our future direction were the responses received from our “Shaping the future” survey as released in October 2014. The honest feedback provided by the Sector has played an integral role in understanding the needs of our members and our Sector as a whole. Thank you to everyone that participated.

Please find below updated 2015-2017 Strategic Plan and “Shaping the future” survey results which are now available:

We look forward to your support and active contribution to our strategies and plans.
